ORIGINAL PART  OF  DOUBLE TOM HOLDER and   DRUM  SET with BLUE & OLIVE BADGE:  LUDWIG, MADE IN USA. COS - CHROME OVER STEEL.  THE INSIDE DIAMETER IS : 1" . FITS EARLY 1980s DRUMS  AS WELL.  CLEAN, POLISHED CHROME.
