    New York Gold Leaf Reverse Glass Insurance Sign. Oak Frame. Very Good condition.. Condition is "Used". This company is still around.  It was founded in 1853. It is a subsidiary of TVH Acquisition Corp. at 59 Maiden Lane N.Y. The gold is in great condition no flaking but a little discoloring on a few of the letters as you can see in the pictures,but not much. I owned an antique auction house and I am selling the items that I collected or that I acquire in estates that I now buy. I particularly liked gold leaf mirrors and signs any genre.  But all things must pass and I have thousands of items to sell and this is just one of them. The size is 23"L x 17" W.
