You are looking at a nice NOS unused vintage ROGERS DRUMS double self-aligning Memri-Lok hi hat spur.
This part is new and unused, aka NOS or new old stock.
The part is in great condition with nice metal.
No problems, it is new and unused.
Though unused, parts may have a bit of age showing. They are old and unused.
The Rogers book shows this part and lists it as part number 61-0390-052 on page 220.
I bought it years ago, from a closed out music store, with other leftover NOS drum goodies.
I believe this part to be from the 1970s, made in Fullerton, CA.
