I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER SHIPPING CHARGES. I LIVE IN A SMALL TOWN, USPS, UPS PLUS FED EX HAVE ALL GONE UP AND KEEP RAISING THEIR PRICES. EBAY & PAYPAL CHARGES FINAL FEES ON SHIPPING CHARGES, IF I CHARGE 10 DOLLARS I ACTUALLY HAVING TO PAY MORE AND I HAVE TO MAKE UP THE DIFFERENCE ON THE COST OF SHIPPING THE ITEM
Shipping is done Monday - Friday of each week.
We try to ship out purchases the following day if at all possible.
We ship the cheapest way, which is through the Post Office with a confirmation number.

Items purchase through PayPal will be shipped to a CONFIRMED ADDRESS only. We do our best to package every items carefully and securely, but accidents do happen in transit.
RETURN POLICY:
We do our best to describe our items accurately and thoroughly. Returned items will be accepted if the buyer finds the item to be different from description.
Please contact the seller within 3 days of receipt if you plan to return the item. Shipping cost is NEVER refunded.
The full price of the item will be refunded less the cost of shipping and insurance.
