    Description:
This is a nice vintage advertising pocket mirror. The mirror is decorated on the back with the image of a young girl in a dress walking in the rain and carrying an umbrella in one hand and a box of Morton's Salt in the other, all on a green background. It is raining and the box of salt is tilted in her hand and salt is pouring out of it. The moto "When it rains it pours" is under the image and the words "MORTON'S SALT; Plain or Iodized" are above the image. The mirror itself is in very good condition given its age. It is clear with just a few small spots where the silver backing is lost. Other than that, the art work is intact and the mirror itself is in very good condition. The piece was made by Lou Fox of Chicago Illinois and is so marked. A great advertising piece to add to your collection. Please carefully review the photos presented as they are part and parcel of our description.
