Vintage Rope Tension Tin Litho 8.5" Drum.  Old Toy Collectors Item.  Very cool looking.  Has both heads and all hardware.  Shipped with USPS Parcel Select.  I saw an Ohio Art Drum just like this one on-line.

The Ohio Art Company was started in 1908 by Dr. Henry S.Winzeler, a dentist in Archbold, Ohio, who sold his practice because he wasconvinced novelty manufacturing held great promise for him. Renting part of aband hall and employing 15 women, the company was soon shipping to all parts ofthe country, as well as Canada and Mexico. Business grew rapidly and Dr.Winzeler needed a larger plant. In 1912, the company installed metal lithographyequipment, an addition that would shape the company’s future. New items beganto appear; advertising signs, scale dials and a few small wagons, representingthe beginning of a long and successful run in the toy business.
